Reach without losing control.
Central coordination, locally lawful delivery and one accountable operating picture.
Nearly every jurisdiction. Never one-size-fits-all.
BELLONA is structured to coordinate requirements across all 193 UN member states, the Holy See and Palestine, with selected capability in territories with limited international recognition, including Kosovo and Taiwan.
Availability always depends on local law, licensing, sanctions, insurance, travel restrictions, threat conditions and partner due diligence. A country appearing within our coordination scope is not a guarantee that every requested activity can be delivered there.
Local legality
Licensing, labour, transport, privacy and security rules are assessed before deployment.
Partner assurance
Local providers are scoped and reviewed against the engagement, not selected from an anonymous list.
Central oversight
One lead point of contact maintains requirements, changes and escalation throughout the task.
